Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the prohibited uses of the Sovereignty Infinium Intelligence Platform provided by CryptoMize. This AUP applies to all users of the Platform, including your employees, contractors, agents, and any other person you authorize to access the Platform on your behalf. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, your engagement terms with CryptoMize. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and your engagement terms, the engagement terms will control unless the conflicting provision in this AUP is more restrictive.
Prohibited Uses
You and your Users may not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, for any of the following prohibited activities:
2.1 Illegal Activity
- Engaging in or facilitating any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order in any jurisdiction in which you operate.
- Using the Platform to plan, facilitate, or commit any criminal offense, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, insider trading, market manipulation, bribery, corruption, or the financing of terrorism.
- Using the Platform in a manner that would cause CryptoMize to violate, or become the subject of, an investigation or enforcement action.
2.2 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Uploading, transmitting, processing, or storing content that infringes the intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights of any third party.
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Platform or in any content accessed through the Platform.
2.3 Privacy and Data Protection Violations
- Processing personal data through the Platform in violation of applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA).
- Uploading or processing personal data of third parties without having obtained all necessary legal bases, consents, and authorizations.
- Engaging in unsolicited communications, spam, phishing, or social-engineering activities.
- Collecting, harvesting, or otherwise obtaining personally identifiable information about any user for any purpose without that user's express prior consent.
2.4 Harassment, Abuse, and Harmful Content
- Transmitting, posting, or otherwise making available through the Platform any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Inciting violence, promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, stalking, or bullying of any person.
2.5 System Abuse and Security
- Interfering with, disrupting, degrading, or impeding access to the Platform, the systems used to provide the Platform, or any networks connected to the Platform.
- Transmitting any viruses, malware, worms, ransomware, logic bombs, time bombs, trojan horses, spyware, or other malicious code or harmful components.
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security, authentication, or access-control feature of the Platform.
- Engaging in any denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack against the Platform or any third party.
2.6 Unauthorized Access, Testing, and Reverse Engineering
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks through hacking, password mining, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or any other means.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Platform, or breaching any security or authentication measures, without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or non-public APIs of the Platform.
2.7 Automated Scraping and Mining
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the Platform or extract data from the Platform, without our express prior written permission.
- Using the Platform or its outputs to train, develop, or improve any AI/ML/LLM product or service, except as expressly permitted by your engagement terms.
2.8 Misuse of Outputs and Impersonation
- Representing outputs of the Platform as being produced by a human, or as the views or opinions of CryptoMize, where that representation is misleading.
- Impersonating CryptoMize, any CryptoMize employee, or any other person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation.
2.9 Sanctions and Export Control
- Using the Platform if doing so would violate, or cause CryptoMize to violate, any applicable sanctions, export-control, or anti-boycott laws.
- Using the Platform to facilitate transactions with, or provide services to, any sanctioned person, region, or territory.
2.10 Interference with Investigations
- Disrupting, interfering with, or attempting to influence any audit, investigation, or enforcement action being conducted by CryptoMize, a regulator, or a law-enforcement authority.
Security and Penetration Testing
We welcome security researchers and Users who identify potential vulnerabilities to report them responsibly. The following activities are prohibited under Section 2.6 unless you have our prior express written consent:
- Penetration testing of the Platform
- Vulnerability scanning of the Platform
- Load or stress testing of the Platform
- Any other activity intended to identify or exploit security weaknesses
If you wish to conduct authorized security testing, please contact us at security@sovereignty.co.in to discuss the terms under which such testing may be conducted, including scope, rules of engagement, and any safe-harbor provisions that may apply.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of any security vulnerability, incident, or weakness affecting the Platform, please report it promptly to:

compliance@sovereignty.co.inWhen reporting, please include sufficient information to allow us to investigate, including the nature of the violation or vulnerability, the date and time of the activity, the parties involved, and any supporting evidence. We will treat good-faith reports as confidential to the extent reasonably practicable.
Investigation and Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion, investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. You agree to cooperate with any such investigation, including by providing information we reasonably request. We may, but are not obligated to, give you an opportunity to explain a suspected violation before taking action. The means and methods of any investigation are at our sole discretion.
We may collect and use information related to violations for enforcement, security, compliance, and audit purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Consequences of Violations
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this AUP, with or without prior notice:
- Issue a warning or formal notice
- Remove or disable access to specific content, features, or User Content
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part
- Terminate your engagement with CryptoMize
- Report the activity to law-enforcement, regulatory, or other governmental authorities
- Take any other action we deem appropriate, including pursuing civil remedies and reporting you to relevant fraud-prevention databases
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for actions taken in good faith in response to suspected violations of this AUP.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform or by other means. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the modified AUP.
